Payment Orchestration
Fabric receives payment intents from your ERP and orchestrates the full lifecycle: vendor verification, policy evaluation, payout execution, bank outcome ingestion, and GL reconciliation. All orchestration logic lives in Fabric, not scattered across systems.
Risk Assessment & Policy Enforcement
Every payment intent passes through the Policy Engine, which evaluates risk signals, vendor status, and tenant-specific policies in real-time. Hold periods, dual control, and exception routing are enforced before payouts reach payment rails.
Unified Outcome Schema
Fabric normalizes outcomes from multiple payment rails (ACH, wire, card) into a unified schema. This enables consistent reconciliation, cross-rail analytics, and simplified GL export—regardless of the underlying payment method.
Control Plane for Compliance
Fabric captures immutable evidence for every vendor onboarding, policy decision, and payment outcome in the Evidence Vault. This creates a single source of truth for audit, compliance, and fraud investigation—not fragmented across systems.
